Due to COVID, our new reception operating hours are 7-11am and 4-8pm for check-in. Do alert us if you require late check-in. We will arrange for a staff to work overtime to wait for you. Just make your way to the hostel, ring the bell upon arrival and our staff will come out to assist you. Prior arrangement required.
• Late check-in charges are as follows:
1) S$8 per booking from 8pm to 12 midnight, and
2) S$16 per booking after 12 midnight (alternatively, you may wait at the airport and catch the first train around 6am. Our staff will check you in from 7am to 11am the next day at no additional charge.

We are located on the 4th floor without a lift. Our staff is a female and the help that she can render would be limited. However, we can get other in-house male guests to help, where available.

We usually allocate guests in the same group close together. As for the exact bedding arrangement, it depends on availability on the check in day. Usually 2 guests will be allocated one lower and one upper bed on the same double decker bed.

Excelente ubicación
Queda en un cuarto piso. Si medís más de 1,75 las camas son cortas. Y el desayuno podría ser bastante mejor. El wifi en el cuarto no anda. Igual no es que esté mal, estaba muy bien en general.

Limpio, cómodo y bien situado. Personal amable.
Limpio, muy bien situado y con personal siempre atento.
La toalla no estaba incluida y tuve que añadir 3S$, me cobraron recargo por pagar con tarjeta y alguna taquilla era muy ruidosa. La wifi funcionaba muy mal, pero eso ha sido una constante en Malasia y Singapur. Las escaleras!!!
